FTC series transformer characteristic tester is a new-generation innovative CT and PT testing instrument developed on the basis of traditional transformer voltage regulator, voltage booster and current riser based on transformer volt-ampere characteristic variable ratio polarity comprehensive tester. The device adopts high-performance DSP and FPGA and advanced manufacturing technology, which ensures stable and reliable product performance, complete functions, high degree of automation, high test efficiency, and is in the leading level in China. It is a professional testing instrument for transformer in the power industry.
FTC series transformer characteristic tester meets the following occasions:

1.1 main technical features
1, comprehensive functions, satisfy all kinds of CT (such as: protection, metering, TP) excitation characteristics (i.e., volt-ampere characteristics), variable ratio, polarity, the secondary winding resistance, secondary load, poor contrast and the Angle of test requirements, and can be used for all kinds of PT electromagnetic unit excitation characteristics, strain ratio, polarity, secondary winding resistance and contrast test.
2, the current transformer without the standard current transformer, inverter, load cases, regulating control box and high-current conductor, using a very simple test wiring and realization of current transformer test operation, greatly reduce the working intensity and improves the work efficiency, convenient to carry out the transformer on-site verification work.
3. The variable ratio difference and Angle difference can be accurately measured. The maximum allowable error of the difference is 0.05% and the maximum allowable error of the Angle difference is 2min.
4. Based on the advanced frequency conversion method to test CT/PT volt-ampere characteristic curve and 10% error curve, the maximum output is 180V ac voltage and 12Arms(36A peak) ac current, but it can cope with the CT test with the inflection point up to 60KV.
5. CT and PT parameters such as inflection point voltage/current, 10%(5%) error curve, accurate limit coefficient (ALF), instrument safety coefficient (FS), quadratic time constant (Ts), remanence coefficient (Kr), saturation and unsaturated inductance are automatically given.
6. The test shall meet the standards of GB1208 (iec60044-1), GB16847(iec60044-6), GB1207 and other types of mutual inductor, and the test shall be conducted according to the standards automatically selected according to the type and level of mutual inductor.
7. The test is simple and convenient. One key completes CT direct resistance, excitation, ratio change and polarity test.
8. All-chinese dynamic graphic interface, wiring and parameter setting can be completed without reference to the manual: dynamic display parameter setting, and relevant parameters will be automatically displayed according to the currently selected test items; Display the help wiring diagram dynamically, and display the corresponding wiring diagram according to the currently selected test items.
