Fmc-ix type intelligent SF6 density relay verifier is a kind of intelligent automatic recovery gas SF6 density relay verifier. This instrument USES microcomputer technology, can carry on the calibration to each kind of SF6 density relay, as well as carries on the standard conversion to the SF6 gas pressure under the arbitrary ambient temperature one kind of portable calibration instrument, also provides the convenience for the SF6 electrical product production, the safe movement, the pre-test and the maintenance.

 

 

 

In a closed container, SF6 gas pressure at a certain temperature can represent the density of SF6 gas. In order to be unified, habits often make 20 ℃ when SF6 gas pressure as scale values. Check at the scene, under the different environment temperature, the measured pressure value will be converted to the pressure value of the corresponding at 20 ℃, to judge the performance of SF6 density relay. The fmc-ix intelligent SF6 density relay calibrator is automatic for this process, accurate and flexible. This instrument can not only check the SF6 density relay, but also has the function of checking the pressure gauge and density meter and the self-calibration of the instrument. In this way, it can not only be used in one machine, but also avoid the problem of sending the instrument for inspection and returning it to the factory for inspection.

1. This tester adopts high-speed single-chip microcomputer as the core measurement and control system, with high degree of automation, good repeatability and high reliability.
